b. On or before the 25th of each month, the association representative submits a completed and signed “Certification for Payment” at the bottom of the Monthly Report Form with the original vendor invoices attached to the Planning Services, Neighborhood Revitalization Department.
c. The Request is reviewed and, if approved, a check is issued directly to each vendor on the 10th of the following month.

Note: Applicants may not contract with vendors who are also City of Pensacola employees on PNC funded projects.*

7. 一个社区多久可以申请一次资助？
